BIRD NEWS: 823

 

I was still hoping full zoom might show the snipe cleartly, but they were simply too well camoflauged.

I even tried blowing it up on the computer....

But then took a shot or two of the great white egret.

We moved on and I spotted 2 peregrine falcon resting in a tree....

...alas, too far to get them clearly in a picture.
